PIKE PLACE MARKET FOUNDATION SCAVENGER HUNT

1. ELIGIBILITY:
A. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Pike Place Market Foundation Winter Scavenger Hunt Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Washington, age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry, except employees of the Pike Place Market Foundation (“Administrator”), their spouses and immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and any of their respective spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of Market Foundation board members (collectively the “Contest Entities”).
B. The Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these official rules (“Official Rules”). Void where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER:
A. From 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Saturday, December 13, 2025, through 4 p.m. PT on Saturday, December 13, 2025 (the “Entry Period”), Administrator will conduct a Contest encouraging participants to enter for a chance to win a prize. There is one (1) way to enter the contest:
How to Play: Participants must pick up a bingo card at the designated check-in booth.
To enter, Participant must solve questions and receive at least one stamp at any one of (3) three designated stops. Participant must complete at least one bingo to be eligible to win a prize. Per the rules of standard bingo, this means forming a pre-selected pattern such as a horizontal or vertical.
3. HOW TO WIN:
Participant must turn in their completed bingo card the designated scavenger hunt info booth before the end of the Contest period to be eligible for an appreciation gift along with prize drawing. Appreciation gifts will be awarded while supplies last.
Drawing will consist of nine (9) prizes to be awarded along with one (1) grand prize. Eligibility to win a prize from the drawing will be 1 in 500 or depending on the amount of completed and correct bingo cards. Winners will be notified by email and phone.
4. PRIZES:
A. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a One Night Stay in a Full Water View Room at the Inn at the Market. Package includes overnight accommodation, valet parking, bottle of wine, $100 dining Gift Certificate for Cafe Campagne or Bacco. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the entire prize package is Seven Hundred and Ninety-Nine Dollars ($799 US).
Additional prizes to be awarded include:
- (1) Magic Shop Mystery Bag (retail value $95) + (1) Marnin Saylor swag bag (retail value $138) + (1) Royal Phoenix Art Market print (retail value $50)
- (2) tickets to Savor Seattle’s Original Food Tour (ARV of $118)

Selected winner(s) will have 24 hours to acknowledge intent to receive the awarded prize. Failure to do so will result in an alternative winner being selected.
B. No substitution or transfer of any prizes or cash redemption is permitted. Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any) and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these Official Rules and/or in the applicable entry instructions as being provided. Prize will be fulfilled within two (2) weeks of Administrator’s verification of Winner. All prize details and additional terms, conditions, or eligibility requirements are in Administrator’s discretion.
5. GENERAL:
By entering this Contest, entrant grants Contest Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, user names, cities and states of residences, voices, avatars, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Contest Entities and all matters related to the Contest, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. THE CONTEST ENTITIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND ENTRANTS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE CONTEST ENTITIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DEMANDS AND/OR LIABILITIES FOR INJURY/DEATH, DAMAGE OR LOSS TO ANY PERSON OR
PROPERTY RELATING TO OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST (REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF SUCH INJURY OR LOSS), THE DELIVERY AND/OR SUBSEQUENT USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED AND/OR PRINTING, DISTRIBUTION OR PRODUCTION ERRORS. WINNER
ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND THAT SPONSOR HAS NOT MADE, AND IS NOT IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN LAW OR IN FACT, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS QUALITY, MECHANICAL CONDITION OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. DISPUTES:
A. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Washington; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards to entrants will be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages other than for actual out of pocket expense and any and all rights to have damages multiplies or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or entrants’ and/or Sponsor’s rights and obligations in connection with the Contest are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
B. In the event of any conflict with any Contest details contained in these Official Rules and Contest details contained in Contest materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, radio, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Contest as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
