THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27TH AT COPPERWORKS DISTILLERY

Pig Spiffing and Staging (1pm – 4pm): Volunteers in this position will support staff in receiving the final fiberglass pigs at Copperworks Distillery. This role includes cleaning and dusting fiberglass pigs so they are party ready! (Lead: Tiffany Hitt, Nick Setten, Ashley Mouldon)

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28TH AT COPPERWORKS DISTILLERY

Party Set-Up (2pm – 4:30pm): Volunteers in this position will support the set-up of the VIP Party. This may include setting tables and linens, placing decorations, setting up for catering and helping with other tasks as needed. This is a physically demanding role. VIP Party Event Help (4:30pm – 8pm): Volunteers in this position will help during the VIP Party. Different positions include greeting/registering guests, chaperoning guests to find fiberglass art pigs, catering attendees, and breaking down the event at 7pm.

Pig Load Out & Set-Up (7am – 10am): Volunteers in this position will support the set-up of the Harvest Festival by setting up tents, hanging signage, staging our fiberglass art pigs on the Cobblestones, and assisting in the set-up of other areas as needed. (Lead: Tiffany Hitt, Nick Setten, Ashley Mouldon)
