Yoga for Beginners

This session offers simple and powerful yoga poses to bring stability and balance. Modifications can be made based on ability. No physical agility or prior yoga experience necessary. No yoga mat needed. This session will be conducted by a trained Isha facilitator. The Isha Foundation is an international non-profit aimed to bring wellbeing to everyone through yoga and meditation.
