Sunset Supper is getting closer! On August 15th, The Pike Place Market Foundation is bringing more than 100 of the region’s best restaurants, wineries, breweries, distilleries, and other beverage makers to the cobblestones at Pike Place Market for THE Celebration of the Summer.
As part of our 100+ vendor lineup, we’re thrilled to have the participation of more than 20 Pike Place Market businesses adding their cuisine and flavor to the cobblestones this year. Read on to learn about three Pike Place Market vendors who are serving up their best tastes this year!

A Longtime Local Favorite: Rachel’s Ginger Beer
The best of the best is crafted right here in Seattle! After extensively traveling Europe and drawing inspiration from a simple diet with nutritious ingredients, Rachel Marshall, founder of Rachel’s Ginger Beer, created an original line of ginger beer as an alternative to American sodas. After returning to the PNW, Rachel guided her ingredients on the values of being “fresh, fragrant, and not too sweet,” and even today, the team partners with local farms at Seattle Farmers Markets to produce the highest quality flavors and delicious details.
For Sunset Supper, the Rachel’s team will be serving their classic pink guava Moscow mule, along with their original non-alcoholic ginger beer. Whether you’re a guest at the event or a visitor to the Rachel’s flagship store, you can get ready to find something new to love!
Atrium Kitchen: Curving Hunger from the Heart
Established in 2012 in the Economy Building of Pike Place Market, Atrium Kitchen is a welcoming resource and atmosphere for our Pike Place community, including through hosting corporate events, intimate wedding receptions, and several cooking classes & tours.
Chef Traci Calderon and her team pride themselves on their creativity and authenticity towards our fellow Market friends. In 2017, the Atrium crew started Nourished Neighborhood: Community Meals, offering a free, nutritious multi-course meal to Pike Place Market residents and community members on the first Thursday of every month. As of April 2025, more than 115,000 meals have been distributed through the nonprofit, and counting!
We’re thrilled to have Atrium Kitchen join us for Sunset Supper this year, already dreaming of Chef Traci’s baby back ribs with whiskey barbeque sauce. Learn more about their work and commitment to giving back:
#GimmeSomeShuga: Shug’s Soda Fountain & Ice Cream
Founded in 2016 by a unified love for sweets, Seattle natives Paul Dormann and Colleen Wilkie are proud to offer locally-sourced and house-made delicacies, serving a wide selection of ice cream, floats, coffee, ice cream cocktails, coffee, and wine in their store on First Avenue.
Shug’s, named in honor of her mother, now means “more than a place to just hang out,” Colleen says. “It’s a place where people can be themselves with their parents and grandparents…an opportunity for people to share a moment with those who mean the most to them.”

Sunset Supper guest tickets are now sold out for 2025. We greatly appreciate all of our guests, sponsors, and community members who are gearing up for THE Celebration of the Summer in support of the Market community and its web of social services.
