As you may know, ORCA Lift has been coming to The Market Commons for sign-ups every third Wednesday of the month. This month we’re super excited to announce that ORCA To-Go is coming to The Market Commons in addition to ORCA Lift on February 21st from 11 am to 1 pm. ORCA To-Go can provide all the services that customer service can provide including but not limited to, youth card sign-ups, regional reduced fare permit for seniors and disabled individuals, and check or load a new balance. Services Provided:
New ORCA card sales (Youth, Adult, Senior & Disabled RRFP)
The ORCA To-Go van sells the complete range of ORCA card products. Adult, youth cards, senior, and disabled RRFP cards are available for purchase. Please bring ID for youth and senior cards.
Regional Reduced Fare Permits (RRFP)
The ORCA To-Go van provides the same services you would find at Metro’s main customer service office for RRFPs. They can assist with your application, take your photo and process your order.
ORCA card e-purse revalue
Staff will be able to add e-purse monetary value to any existing ORCA card you may have.
Report lost cards, change of address
The ORCA To-Go staff has complete access to the ORCA system. They can help you report a lost card, change your personal data associated with your card, correct an address, register your card and more.
ORCA card pass sales
You can purchase and load any ORCA pass available to your ORCA card
