Tom Douglas’ Seatown Seabar at Arcade Lights

Posted March 21, 2017

Our Arcade Lights vendors are an amazing bunch of local artisans who use local ingredients to feel local folks.

Take Tom Douglas, for example. One of Seattle’s best known chefs/restaurateurs, he has a long relationship with Pike Place Market. Etta’s, a casual eatery serving local seafood, opened its doors next to Pike Place in 1995 and on the website you can read “Ode to the Market”, a profession of love for Pike Place.

More recently, he opened Seatown Seabar, located around the corner from Etta’s. Thanks to their proximity to the Pike Place Market they are able to make changes to their menu daily, taking advantage of all the fresh local fare Pike Place has to offer.  And as such loyal supporters of the Market they will be one of the vendors at Arcade Lights this Friday! They will be serving their brand new Seatown Market Salad with Salmon.

Now that looks yummy. If you want to try a bite make sure you get your tickets to Arcade Lights today!
