Glass Vodka is distilled from grapes, which gives this classic spirit a modern and personal distinction. These grapes are harvested from the rich soils of the Pacific Northwest — one of the world’s premiere wine-making regions. Sure, grape-based Vodka is a little uncommon. It’s even a bit risky. The natural tastes that stem from the grapes and the soil impart distinctive nuances only found in superior Vodkas. The varying notes are well defined to a connoisseur, pleasingly unexpected to a cause drinker, and mindfully deliver an unforgettably refined finish.
Founded in 2004 by Frances Turner, Northwest Biscotti has come a long way from its early stages in our kitchen. When Frances first started out, her passion for baking drove her to experiment with different cookie recipes and finally developing her own unique recipe and twist of her favorite Italian treat, biscotti. Year after year, the demand for her biscotti grew. This growth gave her the vision to turn hard work and inspiration into growing a one of a kind biscotti brand. We now serve customers and retailers all of over the Puget Sound region, and we are thrilled to bring our unique biscotti to the baked goods industry!
We are a mobile pop up that sells delicious gourmet tamales inspired by family recipes, and made with a lot of love. All of our tamales are handmade every time, as well as all of our salsas, masa, escabeche, and hand cut cabbage repollo.
