Arcade Lights Vendor SPOTLIGHT:

DeLaurenti Specialty Food & Wine + Number 6 Cider

We can’t wait to try this infamous Italian dish, DeLaurenti style. Photo courtesy of Google.

Chef Drew Marquis of the iconic DeLaurenti Specialty Food & Wine will be serving handmade Taleggio Arancini with Chili Aoli to Arcade Lights guests. Translation: mouth-watering cheesy risotto bites, deep-fried to perfection and accompanied with sweet and spicy chili sauce. Getting hungry yet?

Though Number 6 Cider just opened their cidery & taproom in Seattle last year, they’ve already become a local favorite. We suggest enjoying DeLaurenti’s risotto with “Dry 99”, Number 6’s popular dry cider. Wildridge Winery’s Rachel Red blend pairs well with risotto, as will Hood Canal Brewery’s Dosewallips Pale Ale. Find all three vendors at Arcade Lights!
