The next Market Meal is right around the corner on 6/10. We need a couple extra volunteers on clean up this time- if you’ve enjoyed the lunch before please consider giving back. Don’t forget, each volunteer will leave with a bag of ingredients for the salad served at lunch!
- Prep Cook: Monday 6/09, 2-4pm NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! We have a blast chopping veggies and making sure the kitchen is ready to go.
- Lunch Chef: Tuesday 5/13, 10am-12:30pm. Help us cook a delicious meal for the market community. Everyone from seasoned chefs to beginners are welcome.
- Greeter: Tuesday 5/13, 11:30-1 we will need 2 volunteers to greet people and hand out surveys
- Clean Up Crew: Tuesday 5/13 (12:30-2) help clean up the kitchen and get the dishes done! The more we have, the faster it gets done.

Tuesday 6/3 at 2pm: Smoothies with Liann Sundquist. Smoothies make a quick and delicious meal. Come learn about how to make them super nutritious and tasty. Try a few samples and see what you like!

Thursday 6/26 at 11am: “Black Bean Quinoa Summer Salad” with Scott Davies. Take advantage of all the produce hitting the market with this simple, delicious, no cook summer salad
Thursday 7/3: Asian Fusion with Diana Goodsell
Thursday 7/10 at 11am: Knife Skills Part II with Chef Alex Govern. Remember when Alex taught us about all those different knives and the mandolin? Well watch him put all those skills to use with a pan seared chicken (learn how to break down a whole chicken!) fresh pasta and a pan sauce with fresh herbs.
