Pike Place Market residents enjoy heart-healthy Asian stir fry

Thank you to Chicken Soup Brigade, a program of Lifelong AIDS Alliance, for coming to Pike Place Market‘s new Atrium kitchen for the 4th week in a row to host a cooking class for Market residents! We loved learning about heart-healthy foods and recipes, and the Asian stir fry was delicious!

Chicken Soup Brigade’s clients have specific health challenges, such as HIV, diabetes, kidney disease, cancers, or disabling arthritis. Most are living below the Federal Poverty Level, and all require assistance in managing their nutritional health. Chicken Soup Brigade offers a comprehensive food and nutrition program designed not only to feed people but to nourish them.

Come check out Chicken Soup Brigade next Tuesday, Feb. 4th for their penultimate cooking class in Pike Place Market!
