The Market Foundation works to preserve the traditions and diversity of the Pike Place Market neighborhood by supporting the Market's human service agencies for low-income and elderly residents of downtown Seattle, including its Clinic, Senior Center, Food Bank and Child Care & Preschool.

A giant thank you to the nearly 1,000 guests, 80 restaurants wineries, breweries and spirit companies, and 150 volunteers who made the 15th annual Sunset Supper at the Market one of Seattle's not-to-be-missed events. Seattle's top chefs outdid themselves, Soul'd Out had the crowd dancing, and the weather was stupendous. Save the date for #16 on August 19, 2011.

Men of the Market Calendar arriving September 24th
Spend each month of 2011 admiring one of the Market's favorite male personalities and buy a Men of the Market calendar. Calendars will be available from Market vendors or from our on-line store in September at the price of $15. We are grateful to our neighbors and supporters, the Thursday Walkers, who developed the calendar idea and brought it to fruition.
