While businesses at Pike Place Market experienced incredible losses during the pandemic, it doesn’t stop their determination to celebrate and support the Market community at Sunset Supper. Businesses new and old are getting creative to bring you THE Party of the Summer:
Right next door to Maíz’s new storefront is an iconic Seattle business all too familiar to Market visitors – the original Starbucks. Established in 1971 as the first Starbucks store, this downtown attraction is a favorite of tourists who gather in a line stretching down the street in hopes of peeking inside. Lucky for you, the store will be open to Sunset Supper guests during the event, stop by to enjoy piping hot or ice cold drinks – without the long line! Starbucks Coffee Company was our first community partner at Sunset Supper in 1995, and we are grateful for their continued support 25 Sunset Suppers later!
They’re also fueling our staff and volunteer crew by donating food and drinks to the event. Thank you, Starbucks!
