Orca Lift Sign-Ups

Posted October 4, 2018

Every Monday, our Market community gets a “lift” from our friends from the Orca Lift program!

The ORCA Lift program is a reduced transit fare, in which qualifying participants can pay less for transit in King County. Having an ORCA Lift card allows these participants with discounts on Metro, Kitsap, and Sound Transit.

At The Market Commons, we’re visited by Claudia every Monday to help our community through the ORCA Lift sign-up process. She helps educate people on whether they qualify for the program – as well as providing assistance for eligibility of other programs like Healthcare/Medicaid Enrollment or Renewals, LIHEAP/Winter Heating Assistance Applications for Seattle residents, Basic Food Applications and Seattle City Light Discount Program.

Anyone working or living in and around the Market can come by to the Market Commons for Orca Lift help – that includes you! Come by on Mondays 11:00am to 3:45pm to The Market Commons, located at 1901 Western Avenue, in Suite 100, on the southeast corner of the MarketFront. Call 206-774-5315 with questions!
