On March 24th one of the Market’s most-popular events, Arcade Lights, is back featuring 70 artisan drink and food vendors! Tickets to this yearly favorite are currently available on our website here.

In case you need a little incentive to get your tickets now, below are some of the amazing vendors that will be joining us this year. Don’t be surprised if your tummy is grumbling or you’re experiencing a desire to wet your whistle after checking out these awesome profiles.

Bavarian Meats

Since 1961, Bavarian Meats has been hand-crafting exactly what German-American sausage makers are supposed to hand-craft: over 50 types of sausages, wieners, cold cuts, smoked meats, and salami. As a third-generation family owned and operated business, we use the same beloved recipes that Max Hofstatter (Grandpa Max) brought over from Munich in 1933. We take immense sausage-maker pride in everything we create – using only the finest natural ingredients and Old World preparation methods. – www.bavarianmeats.com

Jonboy Caramels

Jonboy Caramels is an artisan confectionery company based in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. In 2009, Jon Sue and Jason Alm came together with the idea of making the finest small batch caramels using the very best ingredients available. What started out as a side business, soon became a full time endeavor frequenting the bustling farmers market scene around Western Washington. One of the aims of Jonboy Caramels is to use ingredients grown and produced close to home such as raspberry and blackberry juice from local berry farms in our Balsamic Berry Caramels (Summer seasonal) and Pacific Absinthe in our Absinthe with Black Salt Caramels. Those ingredients paired with local cream and butter, organic brown rice syrup (no corn syrup!) and organic cane sugar all come together to make the finest textured and tasting caramels out there. –www.jonboycaramels.com

Number 6 Cider

Number 6 Cider was born on the tracks of Seattle’s Interbay rail yard. Along track Number 6, iron giants lumber by our cidery windows, symbols of American progress and reminders of those who toiled to connect us all. Their freight brings us to our 6 varietals of 100% Washington apples. We use no more than 6 ingredients to make our natural, small batch, ciders. When work is done, we hoist our pints to the Number 6. It’s 6 o’clock somewhere! ‘Onward’ – www.6cider.com

Copperworks

Copperworks Distilling Company is a craft distillery… We focus on creating premium spirits that can stand impressively on their own or serve as a delicious base for new and classic cocktails. All our spirits are distilled from premium malted barley, primarily grown in Washington State. We craft fine spirits in traditional Scottish copper stills which were hand-built by expert coppersmiths in the highlands of Scotland. With four custom-built stills, we’re able to produce each of our products in a still best suited to that individual spirit. – www.copperworksdistilling.com
